What's to expect during your session: 

  • You'll want to wear loose comfortable clothing. 
  • You'll begin by relaxing in comfortable leather, zero gravity chairs that can provide heat and vibrating massage.
  • Your Reflexologist will then apply an essential oil of your choosing to your feet. Followed by hot towels. 
  • They will then perform a 40 or 60 minute session working points on the feet and/or hands that correlate with parts of your body.
